I wasn't helpin', that's for sure. [Duo flicks a little of his hair over his shoulder. The curl from always being in a braid is starting to show and it's getting tangled. It's very annoying.]

[Duo looks up at her, a little confused. He gets it after a moment.] Naw, 's alright. I could just rebraid it and use the ribbon, but ya gotta admit, I look pretty like this.

[Duo is going to look before grinning.] Sure. If it'll make my hair look as pretty as yours, I gotta try it. I'm just happy if my hair's clean, usually.

Alright. Just let me know if there's somethin' else I can do. [He flattens his hands on the dress over his stomach so he can wiggle it around a little.] I'd appreciate somethin' for my hair, if you don't mind sharin'.

Of course. It's a special potion, actually.

Really? Do I just pour it on my head in the shower or what? Is it like that hot oil where I have ta spend forever with it in my hair?

It's not a hot oil, but you should apply it after an initial wash of the hair and allow it to sit in the hair for a minute or two before rinsing out.

[Duo's quiet before he answers. He's gotten better about the l word with Hijiri. He'd been so worried that if he admitted just how important Hijiri was, he would die just like everyone else had. Under the influence of Malnosso and Hijiri's green eyes, Duo's gotten over that. Still, it's not quite the same as admitting it to someone else, even if they all already know. He hells himself it'll be alright.] Yeah, he is. Don't let just anyone play with my hair.
