[Duo lifts a hand and doesn't even think as he puts it on her back, below her wings, and starts steering her toward her room.] To bed then! Time for little girls ta take their naps so they can yell at me some more later.

[Duo ignores her and directs her into bed before taking a seat next to her.] You want me ta stay here or on the floor or you want me ta do somethin' like when I was a kid so you can fall asleep and know you're not alone?

-She eases herself beneath the blankets, letting out a light sigh-

[Duo just sits there for a while, quiet and not moving... much. He fiddles with his skirt a little, but that's all.]

-That steady and slow breathing indicates that she's fallen asleep, Duo. Look at her there. Isn't she precious? You'd hardly believe it was the same girl that was a horrendous bitch to you earlier.-

[Duo tucks the blankets up under her chin and takes a moment to sooth back her hair, enjoying being able to do something nice without worrying about getting yelled at. He's used to being yelled at. He's not going to hold anything like that against her. He smiles a little before going back to work.]
