Don't Go Into The Light

[Voice]

[The journal clicks on and Duo's voice is strong but almost airy. It's almost like he's not paying attention to what he's doing. His eyes are glazed and distant in the little picture.]

I just wanted to let everyone know that I love Hijiri Minase. I love everythin' about him from his strong, calloused, violin-playin' fingers to his slight body to his hypnotizing, green eyes. I love the devilish side of him that flirts and plays just as much as I do. I love the way he accepts my bloodied hands and flirtatious attitude. I love how jealous he can be and how he saves himself just for me. He makes me feel special. I want to stay in this place just to be with him and to hell with my world. I wake up from nightmares where I had to return and never see him again. I wanna take care of and please him more than I've wanted anyone else. I really feel like a servant to him, but I'm happy with it. I feel needed again.

[There's a pause and he almost sways for a moment before he speaks again.]

I'm sorry, Has. It'll probably hurt you to hear that, but it's all true. I still care 'bout you, but it's different. I'm still here for ya and I still love ya in a way like how I love Kam. Don't hate me for this.

[The journal never really turns off. Duo just wanders away to do his usual morning stuff including a shower and going shopping for stuff for Azzip. After a while of silence, the journal apparently gets bored and turns itself off.]

(ooc: That's right people. Curiosity might have killed the cat, but it hypnotized the pilot. He was out for his morning run (which now happens in the dark since the days are so short) when he saw the swinging light. Like a good soldier, he tried to gather intel before rushing in... that means he stared at it for too long. Duo hates the word love and even worse, he hates being public about it. I figured this was the most out of character thing he could do. Still, it's all true so there you go. Duo will think this was a dream if he's questioned, but the entry's been blocked from deletion by his own hacking skills. It's not going anywhere even after he finds out about it.)

[laughs a bit] Hm... [no, he's not thinking of another shinigami for a brief moment...] Violet.

You gunna stay here like this all mornin'? Think I like it.

[chuckles] Think ya just like bein' the one who makes 'em violet. Ya like when I'm worked up, doncha?

Maybe~ ♥ It's too comfortable here... don't want to move.

But they really do look pretty when they're violet~ Am I the only one right now that can make them violet?

Well, I guess I'll just have ta stay here 'til ya do. That or 'til ya want the rest a your breakfast.

Glad ya like 'em that way, but don't think that's a fair question~ Afterall, lotta pretty people here... [pauses for some suspense] but ya are the one who really makes 'em violet.♥

Ya do? Well then whatcha gunna do ta make 'me violet?

Mn... I dunno... I guess I should experiment a bit and see how many shades of violet I can make your eyes change into? [nuzzles Duo's lap with a soft, playing mewing]

[Duo chuckles and moves his hand to rub and scratch behind Hijiri's ear, stroking his fingers through his hair. His eyes hold at the blue-violet color they've been since Hijiri stretched out in his lap.] So a challenge for yourself? Wonder who good my devil is with a challenege.

[Hijiri smiles up at him then nuzzled Duo's hand, continuing to mew softly] Hm... I don't now... I hope I do well enough.

[he slides one of his hands slowly up and down Duo's thigh]

[Duo's eyes dark just a little, but it's almost like he's fighting the change.] Well, if you're my devil, I'm sure you'll do well~♥

Mn... [slides his hand further, slipping it under Duo's shirt as he lightly caresses the contours of his abs. While doing so he glances up at Duo with a smile, watching his eyes carefully]

[Duo's lips part just slightly with a sigh as they darker more. He reacts more to the knowledge that Hijiri loves feeling his body than the feeling of Hijiri's hand on him. The ideas flitting through his mind and Hijiri looking up at him makes his eyes even darker.]

[smiles widens at the reaction he's caused as he slips his hand up further, teasing Duo's nipples as he mews at him again and keeps his eyes on Duo's]

[Duo's hand moves through Hijiri's hair again as his lips part more and more violet fills his eyes until they're more purple than blue. Hijiri's green eyes staring up at him from his lap have Duo almost hypnotized by this point. Maybe Jack made it easier or maybe the devil is just that alluring, but Duo feels like giving into anything Hijiri asks of him.]

[stops the touches, smiling triumphantly] They're all violet already~ ♥ [he doesn't break eye contact as he slowly sits up a bit for a better look]

[Duo's hands continue to hold Hijiri, helping him sit up as they wiggle in to rub along his sides.] So what are ya gunna do with me now?

[Duo's slow to blink, not wanting to break the eyecontact with Hijiri.]

[moves to sit on Duo's lap, straddling him] I don't know. I just wanted to make your eyes violet~ Is there anything you want me to do to you now~?

[he keep gazing steadily into Duo's eyes and leaned a little closer as one hand reaches up to play with Duo's hair]

[Duo's hands stay where they are, rubbing against Hijiri's sides.] I thought ya wanted another breakfast~ Think ya should try enjoyin' that 'fore I have ta open the place. Or do ya wanna sit here and keep starin' at each other? Damn, you're eyes are beautiful.

Ah~ I guess I did~ How would breakfast like to be served then? But your colour-changing eyes are so interesting~ ♥

I'm here ta serve ya, remember? I want ta please ya so if ya wanna keep starin' at my eyes, I'll keep holdin' ya and enjoyin' how beautiful your eyes are.

Hm... I think I'll just sit here for the time being then. Do my eyes change colour too?

They darken a little 'fore they dilate and hide most a the green. I hate seein' the green go, but I like it when you're turned on. They almost glow when you're bein' devilish. I really love it when they glow like that. I love my devil.

[smiles widely at the word 'love'] Are they glowing now then~?

Think it's more 'cause you're happy than up ta somethin'. I love seein' ya happy too. Wanna keep makin' ya happy. Wanna make ya stay. [He's still blinking slowly, rubbing his hands against Hijiri's sides.]

[leans against him with a content sigh, wrapping his arms round Duo] I will stay for as long as you want me to.
