[Action]

[Duo lifts himself from the tunnel entrance and slips through the shadows of town on his way back to his house. The shadows aren't perfect so of course he can be spotted from time to time, but he's still pretty good with the stealth. He's also tired and smelly. A few days running around the tunnels and then moving boxes wore him out pretty well.]

Really? Wonder if Ryu's hidin' in his room then~ Maybe I should go find 'im and see if he wants ta welcome me back~

[puts the book down and leans back more on the armrest to look up at him] I don't think he's back yet~ You're stuck with me for now~

Well, then maybe you should try welcomin' me back~ Wanna make sure I'm willin' ta keep hurryin' back, right~

[slowly smiles as he continues to gaze up at him] And how do I do that~?

[Duo squeezes a little more water out of his hair before a creative little move gets the towel wrapped around his neck and hot his hair.] Well~ A nice kiss would be a good place ta start~ Maybe a little care and attention for a weary terrorist~

[reaches a hand out for him, not moving from where he lay] Come over here then~

[Duo stalks over with a slight sway of his hips. It makes his abs ripple and flex. He leans over Hijiri so a piece of wet, curling hair falls over his shoulder and onto Hijiri.] How close~

[chuckles at how Duo's intentionally showing off then moves his head a bit to get the wet strand off his cheek] Depends on what kind of welcome you want~ Hm... lean down a bit more~

[Duo leans a little more and has to stretch out his wings to keep the entire mess from falling over his shoulder. Some of it escapes anyway as he leans down close to Hijiri's face.] This far 'nough?

[Hijiri shakes his head slightly again to get the hair out of his face] Good enough~ [then in a sudden move he grabs hold of Duo's hair and pulls him down for an upside-down kiss]

[Duo put his hands on the couch to keep from tumbling over and moans into Hijiri's mouth. His tongue flicks out to lap against soft lips.]

[his tongue comes out to greet Duo's then invites it to come down into his mouth]

[Duo's tongue slips in, tasting this mouth, rubbing against his tongue, sweeping in and around to reacquaint himself with the familiar mouth of his lover.]

[he moans softly, pushing himself up a bit as he kisses back]

[Duo grins. This is certainly different from their usual kissing even if it is the same. The new angle seems to change everything without changing anything. He curls his neck a little to get a better taste of Hijiri's lips.]

[pulls away a bit after a while to nibble softly on Duo's upper lip, his fingers still tangled in his lover's hair. Then he pulls away completely] Welcome back.

[Duo lifts his head, leaving his hair still trapped and hiding them like a curtain.] Mmm like comin' back to ya.

[smiles up at him, hidden behind the curtain of hair as well] That was the plan~

[grins back] 's good plan. Ya got any others or should I just join ya on the couch and relax for a while?

Hm... [lets go of his hair] I have been cleaning up since I got up this morning. So I'm rather tired now so it might be better for us to just relax on the couch together~

[Duo smiles and tosses his head. The long, wet strands go flying before settling behind him in a mess. He moves to stretch out with Hijiri, squeezing his way onto the couch, and another flick of his head throws his hair off the couch.] Relaxin' is good.

[It's even better that Duo's exhausted because he'd be twitching and hyper after normal missions. He really overtaxed himself with the boxes. The walk back hadn't helped either.]

[shifts a bit to give Duo a little more space on the couch then rests his head on Duo's chest and chuckles, not noticing the twitching yet]

It's nice to do something relaxing together for a change~ So how was the mission this time? Did you find anything?

[Duo shifts some more so he can wrap an arm around Hijiri. His fingers jerk every few moments and he's legs will flex before relaxing, but it's no where near as terrible as things could be.] Yeah, this is nice. I missed you. Things went accordin' ta plan, mostly. Nothin' big happened. Had someone sneak down with the crew who wasn't supposed to. Had a little personal problem. Found somethin' in the tunnel, but I don't know what. Got hit by a girl for flirtin', but I kept my hands to myself. Gotta stay away from the ninjia chicks.

Missed you too. It was so quiet here without you and Ryuhou. [chuckles] You probably deserved it~ [then frowns a bit and sits up] ... why are you shaking, Duo?

Well, it was quieter without me. Ryu only makes a lotta noise when he's complainin' about us makin' a lotta noise~ And ya better believe I deserved it~

[Duo's not sure at first what Hijiri's talking about. He's not shaking. At least he doesn't think he is. He looks down and realizes that his legs are tensing and flexing. Then he catches his fingers twitching and he relaxes again.] Adrenaline among other things. Get worked up when I'm workin' and I ain't used ta havin' a safe house like this ta come back to.
