[Duo's been busy running all over the park all day, trying to see and check out everything and make sure it's real without using any of his tokens. He got really close to pissing off the droids, but he didn't technically break any rules. Now he's going to be collecting up as many of his friends as he can. In other words, if Duo likes you, you're getting pestered and annoyed by him. You know who you are.]

Yeah, 's little one. You think we should have brought Dieb here? I feel kinda bad leavin' her behind. I'd like ta see dinosaurs though. They gotta be huge and I'd never get 'nother chance unless they kidnap one here and bring it here. Wouldn't put it past 'em.

Are you sure it's not just a lizard~? Mnnn... well, she might just end up complaining about what we might be doing later today. They haven't managed to bring dinosaurs back to life yet in your time?

It's a dragon! It's got wings and it can fly. Yeah, complain and then tell everyone the embarrassin' details. Why would we bring the dinosaurs back? They wouldn't really be good for anythin' would they? Guess we could put 'em in a zoo or somethin'.

Yeah, and that doesn't go well, does it? Good reason not ta do it. People in space don't wanna get eaten. [Duo pulls Hijiri up to another droid at the entrance to the zoo and tosses a couple of tokens at it.]

True, but there are alwasy crazy scientists around or old men with too much time and money who think they can control the dinosaurs. [and is pulled!]

True, but the crazy scientists I know a build Gundams or fix 'em. Way better than dinosaurs. [Duo's off to the first exhibit to look at... well he's not really sure. Giant chickens?]

I guess so. What about Gundams that look like dinosaurs? [... and he stares, they do look like giant chickens! he looks over at the sign] ... Chocobos? Well, it says here you can ride them.

[Duo starts to laugh, but then he pauses.] Ya know... Wufei's Gundam kinda looks like a dragon. It's got a dragon head on it and breathes fire. Huh... guess they could make a Gundam look like a dinosaur...

[Duo looks at the overgrown chickens and tilts his head a little from side to side.] Really? Looks like someone'd make dinner outta them. Huh, does it say we have ta pay more or do we just hop on? 'cause I'm goin' first ta make sure it's safe and they aren't gunna eat you.

Really really. It's says so here. [points the exact words out on the sign, then studies the sign some more] Hmmm... I think we have to pay extra?

Yeah. Probably got somethin' ta do with the guy bein' Chinese, but ya sure as hell don't want that thing comin' at you. That thing tears inta mobile suits.

[Duo leans around Hijiri and stares at the sign for a moment.] It'd explain why there's a droid standin' over there. You wanna ride 'em? I'm goin' first ta make sure it's safe if ya do.

Sure~! Looks like fun. It doesn't look too dangerous.

... it's a giant chicken. What if it decides it doesn't wanna be a nugget and tries ta eat someone? Better ta keep ya safe and alive. [Duo tucks his arm around Hijiri and walks over to the droid. Trying to haggle with the droid is a waste of time so he just hands over a token and gives the bag to Hijiri.] If I get eaten, tell Ryuhou ta take the stick outta his as.

[What that has to do with anything is anyone's guess, but it doesn't matter now. Duo cautiously goes after one of the chocobo's and stares it down for a moment before clumsily climbing up onto the poor thing's back. Well, now that he's up there, what's he supposed to do?] Ummm... go?

But if they were breed for riding, it should be alright? They're probably very tame. [walks over with Duo] ... huh?

[and the chocobo is off!]

You'd think 'but 'round here... ya can't be sure....

Shit! [Duo leans forward and grabs onto the feathers really quickly. He leans back a little and it slows down. Forward, a little faster. Okay, this isn't too bad. Duo rides it around the pen a few times before the droid motions him over and he realizes his turn is over. He hops down next to Hijiri much more gracefully than he got up.] Okay, it's safe.

[then he watches and waits for Duo to come back over. he laughs] You could have fooled me there at the beginning~ [and he climbs up]

[Duo pats the chocobo on the neck as Hijiri gets settled.] Didn't he was actually gunna go. Have fun!

[Duo pats the chocobo again before stepping back and letting them go.]

[and the Chocobo goes forward slowly when Duo lets them go]

[Well, at least that's better than what it did when Duo said go. He stands back to watch Hijiri ride around on the giant chicken. It's a good thing they just ate and Duo's not hungry.]

[Hijiri manages to make it walk slowly round the enclosure till it's time for him to come back over]

[Duo holds his hands up to help Hijiri down as soon as he comes back.]

[takes Duo's hands and hops down]

[Duo pulls him off to see the other exhibits and weird animals.]

(ooc: You have any ideas on animals for them to play with? In Those Who Hunt Elves there's a small, white bear that shits toilet paper and rubs its butt on people it likes... should they play with one?)

[Is pulled then pulls Duo to see some more 'normal' animals like lions and tigers for now]

[Duo acts like the normal animals are just as interesting as the giant chicken. He hasn't really had a chance to go to a zoo. L2 wouldn't waste the resources on something like that, and even the wealthier colonies have a hard time considering the space required. He's very entertained at being able to see these animals for real.]
